Bad news

Worst company ever , their technicians are ***********. Bought a washing machine Hisense and it started leaking and making some noise, this company was allocated to do the repairs of which took them to come 4 times to repair it with no change . The technicians are somehow ***********.

Last they decided to take it in for repairs at thier workshop and was supposed to get returned in 5 days but took 2 weeks until it gets returned. I had to call them daily until it got delivered, now it's here but the drainage pipe wasnt delivered with it . Now I don't even know of it's in good working condition.
