Bad news
Worst company ever , their technicians are ***********. Bought a washing machine Hisense and it started leaking and making some noise, this company was allocated to do the repairs of which took them to come 4 times to repair it with no change . The technicians are somehow ***********. Last they decided to take it in for repairs at thier workshop and was supposed to get returned in 5 days but took 2 weeks until it gets returned. I had to call them daily until it got delivered, now it's here but the drainage pipe wasnt delivered with it . Now I don't even know of it's in good working condition.

Worst third party agent
Utility management services is the worst third party agent ever 🚮🚮🚮. In the complex where I reside they recently installed prepaid water meters from the above mentioned. They charge a fee of about R300.00 before you can purchase water for the month and even if you don’t buy water you are still charged that amount…I mean you can be away for the whole month and when you get back they’ve closed your water and blocked your water meter to prevent you from buying water . I experienced this and when I ask what the fee is for they can’t answer , they refer me to the owner Alley roads whom can’t answer either. We are being violated as tenants

Alley roads owned properties are the worst They make irrational rental increases and don’t attend to any our complaints as tenants . As I’m writing our deposit money literally disappeared and we are told we won’t be getting any . They installed prepaid water meters where I’m currently staying and you have to pay a service fee of R280 per month before you can even make a purchase of water . You’d spend a month away from the place and when you get back they charge you that monthly water service fee . Yoh .. these people are the worst. Name of the place is Eagle heights Delmas

FNB Delmas town
I went to FNB to open an account, I was 3rd on the line and we were only 4 . I waited for more than 50 minutes before I can be helped. When my number was finally called , the lady told me that she cannot help me ☹️
