Impressed with Mac Shack's service

I am so impressed with the service at Mac Shack. Before visiting them, I took my Mac to iStore, where a diagnostic was performed. iStore informed me that my Mac was unfixable due to it being a vintage model with a hardware problem. However, when I sent my Mac to Mac Shack, they repaired it without any issues. I only paid the diagnostic fee as they found nothing wrong with my Mac. I used my own courier service, and Mac Shack efficiently packaged and returned my Mac. Thank you so much, Mac Shack!
