After sending both a picture of the old filter and the model number of the machine, they still sent the wrong filter. Now they have said that they will reimburse me, but due to us ordering the wrong spare we would have to pay courier fees for collection and new delivery. Andy the manager has said threatening him with hello peter means nothing. This now flows over to the companies that they are agents of Nilfisk - WAP. Lets see if they are willing to sort this out. For now, be sure that Nilfisk and WAP are poorly represented in South Africa.
