After sending both a picture of the old filter and the model number of the machine, they still sent the wrong filter. Now they have said that they will reimburse me, but due to us ordering the wrong spare we would have to pay courier fees for collection and new delivery. Andy the manager has said threatening him with hello peter means nothing. This now flows over to the companies that they are agents of Nilfisk - WAP. Lets see if they are willing to sort this out. For now, be sure that Nilfisk and WAP are poorly represented in South Africa.
If I could rate WAP and it's agents lower than a one I would. Bought a WAP vacuum cleaner thinking it was one of the best. Here is the long and the short of it. Try to find spares, simple things like a filter. You send their agents like MacSpares 0684504244 pictures of both the old filter and the model number and they at a large fee anyway send you the wrong thing at an inflated price. WAP itself has no after sales service. So if you buy a WAP machine, be very aware that you cannot rely on them. I am utterly disgusted with such a reputable companies' client care.
One star is too much as a rating for these criminals. I arrived at their offices in Hans van Rensburg street, Polokwane at 05:45 this morning to find that no fewer people had slept here in the street because they travel from far and were not assisted on 05 February 2020. Mothers and Fathers leaving children alone at home overnight because of disgusting performance by employees of PSiRA. I have photos taken at 06:00 to prove my point. Secondly out of pure disrespect to the security industry as a whole, the people that pay the salaries of PSiRA staff, the offices only open at 09:00. Can you imagine security officers that work only a 9 to 5 shift? Third a point of contention, the staff according to the people in the queue are rude, unfriendly, and uninformative. This in my opinion is disgracefull.
Again after having head office and regional offices assurance that they have mended their poor customer services in the Polokwane branch I have found Afrox to be the most frustrating experience ever. This means that they misrepresented the truth after my first complaint about them. Well as I have said before, this company has forced it's monopoly of the market, the bottom line and not the customer is important to them. Even the guy who answered the phone at Head Office today (011 490 0400) did not seem to care about anything I said even after I told him I would be posting a review on Hello Peter.

For me it's 325km. It must be nice to know that you are a sole distributor of a range of products and all you do is assist walk in customers, people that mail and phone you must learn to drive or you are not interested. Wow
Polokwane, specials advertised, so I looked. No blue cheeses as advertised. Employees told me that they have never had blue cheeses at this branch. Then quality of fresh produce really poor. When I showed the manager the paprika, I asked him if he would buy it for himself and he said NO. Sorry but not a pleasant shopping experience
If I could rate less than a star I would. Pathetic sales office service. after waiting forever to get served, the sales person tore my slip off and put it in his mouth while his hands were busy collecting other documents. I then tore the second copy from the card machine and was about to put it into my wallet , he took the slip from his mouth offering it to me saying that I had taken his copy. In the space of the fifteen minutes I was there, the security at the door had lost my paperwork. I phoned afrox head office, they said someone would contact me a little later on. Still waiting. So if you have a monopoly of a market, people don't matter the almighty power of money is all you care about.
