I would like to write a review about WAPPoint (Pty) Ltd Good day from lasause to you
I would like to write a review about WAPPoint (Pty) Ltd Good day from lasause to you. The machine I've received it's a perfect machine that I would recommend for other small businesses. The problem with the one I got is that the battery doesn't last my business working hours hence now I am not using it to the full of my capacity, I just use it to make transactions only. But rather than that it's a 100% great to use

WAP? What about them is good?
If I could rate WAP and it's agents lower than a one I would. Bought a WAP vacuum cleaner thinking it was one of the best. Here is the long and the short of it. Try to find spares, simple things like a filter. You send their agents like MacSpares 0684504244 pictures of both the old filter and the model number and they at a large fee anyway send you the wrong thing at an inflated price. WAP itself has no after sales service. So if you buy a WAP machine, be very aware that you cannot rely on them. I am utterly disgusted with such a reputable companies' client care.
