Impeccable service with knowledgeable staff
Their customer service is impeccable. They are extremely knowlageble about all their products and really go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. I was worried that their products was not going to work for my skin type and emailed them to request cancelation. They called me back the next day and discussed my conserns. They put my mind at ease as they have already made sure the products I receive is meant for my skin and they even updated my order to better suit my requirements. They have full confidence in their products and with their friendly service and fast response they put my mind at ease. You can contact them at anytime, they really do care and make that extra effort.
