Broke my machine further!!!
I sent 2 MacPros in for repair.
We know one needed a circular logic board replacement and we weren’t sure if one if the GPUs has gone in the other machine. So we just needed to swap these from one machine to the other to test.
In the end they told us they could not find the issue with the machines.
When we got the machines back we realised the GPUs pins has been damaged by Lucky when swapping them between machines.
MacWave refuses to replace them. Will never book a machine in here again. Be very careful.

Lucky is one of the most experienced technicians in Mac tech. What you needed to work just didn't work and it took time that cost you but remember the parts were only supplied and procured by you resulting in delays. Before MacWave, there were attempts by other technicians that you had given the job to, at Macwave we look to address the issue at hand without apportioning blame to any other party. Lucky came in to help and you appreciated his work, until the repair didn’t go as you wanted. During this process he made trips to your home at two different occasions. When he eventually told you neither of the GPU’s worked during the back and forth communication between you two you were not happy, you then requested both Machines assembled.
Technicians prefer to blame the previous ones just to show their perspective of expertise on the matter but that doesn't solve issues either, leaving you no choice but to insult and swear at the previous one. At MacWave, we don't play blame games but prefer to solve the problem until it becomes impossible to solve.

We were in a rush to have both machines working. We sent in 1 good machine working perfect and one machine not working.
If you read the document you sent us when they arrived you clearly stated the one was working perfectly. We have the evidence.
Instead of working on our machines and giving them 100%. Lucky worked on them “when he had time”. That is not what we wanted!!!! We needed the machines back the next day!!!!
I then had to help Lucky diagnose the machine as he was not able to use basic A+ logic to understand the problem. I eventually got upset when swapping the GPUs out didn’t work as I knew it was the issue.
When we got them back they were both machines were not working. Both GPUs and GPU Cables had bent pins. This clearly leads to one confusion. Lucky damaged the pins when swapping the GPUs.
Instead of owning up to the mistake and replace the broken items, you have chosen to loose my business and my respect. Now I’m forced to complain on the internet.
