Broke my machine further!!!
I sent 2 MacPros in for repair. We know one needed a circular logic board replacement and we weren’t sure if one if the GPUs has gone in the other machine. So we just needed to swap these from one machine to the other to test. In the end they told us they could not find the issue with the machines. When we got the machines back we realised the GPUs pins has been damaged by Lucky when swapping them between machines. MacWave refuses to replace them. Will never book a machine in here again. Be very careful.

False advertising and Bad Customer Service
I paid for the ability to change flights without paying extra. I needed to move my flight and Opodo have told me to change on Ryan air, who are telling me to buy new tickets… Opodo have no customer support, I have been on the phone waiting for an agent for more an hour. The automated robot on the chat stops you from talking to an agent, round and round in circles. This is a scam, I feel completely robbed of my money and there is nothing I can do. I’m making a formal complaint with the consumer protection services. Never again, I’ll just go direct to the airline or use a real travel agent.

Lies and Non Payment

Wost Customer Service in the World!!
<p>I have moved to london and I have been trying to get a letter from Attooh stating how long since my last claim. Sandre has not replied to 1 email and when I call in I just wait in line for hours on end. From the UK this is very expesive and still no answer after an hour I was forced to put down and email again and still no reply after 2 weeks. My UK insurance company is threatening to cancel my insurance unless I get this letter in 24hrs. If I don't get the letter and my insurance here is cancelled I will be taking legal action against Attooh!</p>
