Poor Service in Sales

We saw their Facebook page and we were really impressed and wanted to use them to build a small office on our property. We contacted them to arrange for them to come to our house and inspect for a quote. It took about 2 weeks to get them to come but they did explain that they were really busy at the time which is understandable. After they were at our house they said they'll send a quote. After 16 days of waiting for our quote I commented on one of their projects/pictures on Facebook saying "we had you come to our house on 15th Aug and still waiting for our quote" they replied asking for my number so I went into messenger to send them my number and received a whatsapp to say I'd get my quote that day. But a day later still no quote, so I sent a message on WhatsApp asking if they forgot? No reply. Went back in to Facebook to find I was blocked. I hardly said anything negative on their page other than I still needed my quote and instantly got blocked. No answer via WhatsApp either. Not sure if our project was too small and unimportant to them but a response would have been nice. Very poor service from sales side.
