Heartbroken and Disappointed 😔

I’ve always had a great experience with your brand and truly loved the quality of your shoes in the past. Unfortunately, my recent purchase was very disappointing. The pair I bought was damaged before I even had the chance to wear them out and show them off. This was unexpected given my past positive experiences, and I’m really disappointed.
