I recently visited your store and felt compelled to share my experience.While I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of several staff members—some were genuinely attentive and made the shopping experience pleasant—there was one interaction that left a sour impression. A particular lady stationed near the tills, light in complexion with noticeably drawn-on wide eyebrows, displayed a level of customer service that was disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Her attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which not only dampened my visit but also made me question the consistency of service standards at your store. I strongly believe she could benefit from refresher training in customer service to better align with the positive energy and professionalism shown by her colleagues. I’m sharing this not out of malice, but in the hope that it leads to improvement. Customers deserve to feel respected and valued, and I trust Edgars takes feedback seriously.
I am writing to seek clarification and possible correction regarding the certificate I obtained from Boston City Campus, Pinetown branch, in 2005. Upon reviewing my documents recently, I noticed that the certificate lacks several important details, including: - Credit values - Qualification level - A serial or reference number Moreover, the name of the course is incorrect Unfortunately, this omission has become a significant obstacle as I am currently applying for job opportunities that require full academic verification. I kindly request your assistance in confirming the completeness and accuracy of the certificate, and, if necessary, reissuing or providing an official document that includes the missing information. I’ve always had a great experience with your brand and truly loved the quality of your shoes in the past. Unfortunately, my recent purchase was very disappointing. The pair I bought was damaged before I even had the chance to wear them out and show them off. This was unexpected given my past positive experiences, and I’m really disappointed.
