So I had a shoe defect on a Broque I purchased in April 2024. On 27 October 2024 i decided to send an email with pictures of the shoe to Madison customer service and in less than 24 hours, they offered to replace the shoe or refund me.
I chose to replace the shoe since I love it so much and there is no love lost with Madison shoes. My initial color was out of stock so I chose another shoe with a different color and Nikita was happy to assist. I'm happy with my choice and the efficient manner this matter was handled.
