Never buy at Madprice

Upon putting a laybye there, and taking it out in October, upon preparing to wear my item, weeks later, I noticed a tear, went to store with receipts and all, and also tag, not attached, but Chlothing unworn, I was refused an exchange, now stuck with a new but old item from the store, with a managers only reason for not exchanging being I had already snapped the tag...

Meaning all items must be worn immediately, their policy and stuff suck... It is rediculous..
