Bad service

I took my car in for an inspection to Mercedes Benz in June 2023. I was told the car rims had a small stone that need ~R2600.00 for it to be removed, which I paid. My car's condition got worse, the real problem seemed to be the rear shocks and plugs, which were then ordered. It's almost 2 months since I've been waiting. I keep calling and checking how far the spares are and I'm given a run around. The manager was included in an email to request the progress on the spare and he did not respond. I honestly don't know what to do anymore because the condition of the car is worsening each time I drive it.

My advise is to not take your car there. You might not get assisted!!!
