horrible service received from Maemo motors, took in my Omoda to get globes fitted in because my headlights had died. I called on a Monday the 8th of December and was informed to bring in my car on Friday the 12th. I arrived at the dealership just after 07h00 and spent literally the whole day there only to be told around 16h00 that they do not have the globes and would have to order them, was told it would be a week then they would be in ( mind you I have already paid for the globes and labour cost as I was told I would need to pay for these before they are ordered) it has been over 3 weeks and tomorrow will make week 4; when I call to find out what the hold up is I get told that I am not the only customer they have, what a way to speak to and treat the most critical stakeholder of your business. This has restricted me as I am not able to drive once it gets dark because I do not have headlights. from the day I took my car in to date I have received horrible treatment and no consideration whatsoever especially from a lady named Jeanine! if you have an option not to use Maemo motors I would suggest you save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with them.
