As a new tenant, I am disappointed with the level of service and the manner in which tenant complaints are handled. I recently contacted the account manager, Kagiso Morulani, to seek clarity on a charge reflected on my invoice. During the discussion, she insisted that no error had been made by her colleague, despite the fact that I have evidence supporting my query.
While attempting to explain my concerns, the call was abruptly terminated, which I found highly unprofessional. This experience has been particularly frustrating, as I am now being asked to settle a charge that has not been clearly explained and was not accounted for in my budget.
I would appreciate a thorough review of this matter and clear communication regarding the charge in question.
