As a new tenant, I am disappointed with the level of service and the manner in which tenant complaints are handled. I recently contacted the account manager, Kagiso Morulani, to seek clarity on a charge reflected on my invoice. During the discussion, she insisted that no error had been made by her colleague, despite the fact that I have evidence supporting my query. While attempting to explain my concerns, the call was abruptly terminated, which I found highly unprofessional. This experience has been particularly frustrating, as I am now being asked to settle a charge that has not been clearly explained and was not accounted for in my budget. I would appreciate a thorough review of this matter and clear communication regarding the charge in question.
I just had the worst experience for the first from my favourite and most trusted bank Absa. I accidentally opened an overdraft account late last year and visited their branch in Auckland Park campus square to seek assistance with the closure of the account. She took my contact details after I explained my issue to her and advised me to not use the account at all. She said I should wait for a call from them to confirm that I want to close the account. Two weeks later I get a call from them that I owe R275 for the account. When I call them, they refer me to the complaints department and when I call that depart firstly, they give me a stinky attitude and then lastly tell me told hold for a reference number, I have been holding for over an hour with no response. when I try calling back, I get no response. I am truly hurt and disappointed because now I do not know how I can get this matter resolved.
Today I was ****med out of my hard worked money because of ubereats’ ill security. I got locked out of my own account after someone ordered food with my card and maxed it out. I cannot log into my account anymore it requires a passkey from me which I never created cause I was using a password to login to my account. I am completely disappointed in UberEats’ security.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from E-commerce Polo. I placed an order six months ago, and despite numerous emails and follow-ups, I've yet to receive my order. The company's response has been abysmal, with them claiming the order was available for collection at Polo Sandton, where it never arrived. Visiting the store confirmed that my order was never received, and the online order team has refused to assist me further. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. I've been patient, but the constant runaround has left me frustrated and disappointed. I demand a refund and expect a higher level of service from E-commerce Polo. Pros: None Cons: Poor communication, unfulfilled order, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service. Recommendation: Avoid E-commerce Polo until they improve their service and fulfill their orders.
