Unauthorized debit order

I have just received notification from my bank that this company Instituted a debit order from my account which I did not authorize and have never dealt with them.

FNB:-) MAG ZONE Registered Mandate debit order was logged. For queries contact your Banker or number on the back of your card . FNB, a Div of FRB Ltd.

I have logged a dispute with my bank and if as much a one cent gets deducted as a result of this, it would have been obtained fraudulently and I would like to have the call recorded message where I subscribed to their services. According to Google this is a digital platform of sorts and I am the last person on this planet that will subscribe to anything digital.
