I have just received notification from my bank that this company Instituted a debit order from my account which I did not authorize and have never dealt with them. FNB:-) MAG ZONE Registered Mandate debit order was logged. For queries contact your Banker or number on the back of your card . FNB, a Div of FRB Ltd. I have logged a dispute with my bank and if as much a one cent gets deducted as a result of this, it would have been obtained fraudulently and I would like to have the call recorded message where I subscribed to their services. According to Google this is a digital platform of sorts and I am the last person on this planet that will subscribe to anything digital.

I have logged a dispute with my bank and hope to have this matter resolved asap.
On the 29th of December 2015 I took my vehicle a Hyundai i10 to the dealership. I complained that the vehicle made a noise with every gear shift. I mentioned to them that I have noticed oil on my garage floor although my vehicle engine oil seems to be fine. I also complained about a noise on the front left when I went over a pothole or uneven surface. <br> On my return I was told that it was common for the suspension to come loose but they have tightened all the parts. I was told that the clutch plate was replaced and one shock at the left rear side. <br> My vehicle is still under warranty and I drove away expecting my vehicle to be fine. A week later we returned and explained to the foreman that the problem was still evident between gear changes. I took the foreman for a drive and explained the problem to him again. He agreed that it was a problem but he was unsure to what is causing the problem. I was told that I am a priority case and they will phone me in 3 days time. Today my brakes failed in traffic and I am still waiting for their call. My car has done 37000 km only. The clutch is shuttering, the noise between gears have increased, my brakes failed and I am disgusted
I applied for a readvance of R50 000.00 on my current homeloan. When I enquired about the repayment inside the Tyger manor branch, I was told that it is R1000 for every R100 000 borrowed, hence my additional payment should be R500 on R50 000.00 borrowed. <br> When the first debit order went off a few days after the payout, the payment increased with R1600 for R50 000 borrowed. I have not received one single document with the revised amouny prior to me accepting the loan. I only received the one verbal as mentioned above. I lodged a query 2 months ago and kept on following up only to receive an email today stating that the amount remains unchanged due to the term of loan and that I can change that by lengthening my bond term. I have calculated that I will be repaying in excess of R250 000 for a R50 000 loan. The way that this was handled by Standard Bank is unacceptable and I would not have taken the loan had I have known the repayment amount, especially with increasing interest rates. My rate is 9.5% on my homeloan. The person that mostly escallated my queries and tried to help me is Marcelle van Rheede and she also queried why I did not receive the repayment amount in writing.
