Poor service and Negligence

I made a huge mistake to appoint Magma Inc Attorney to assist me with property transaction. The process started in Feb 2022 till Now which is August 2022 the matte is still not finalized. There are numerus things that caused delays, 1 of them assigning the matter to person who doesn't fully understand the process. The conveyers kept the file for almost a month saying SARS didn't provide clearance only to find out the document is in the file. They claim that they didn't receive clearance from Municipal only to find out it was sent 2 weeks ago. The list is long, the file was rejected twice at deeds office. I would recommend anyone to use their service. They don't update clients, you constantly have to call and sent follow up emails
