Terrible Presale service

Atrocious service. I tried to request an estimate through the website and the form simply didn't work. I then requested an estimate through WhatsApp, with measurements, and received no response. I checked in three weeks later and again received no response. I checked one last time, the following day, requesting an estimate and I was declined.

The reason stated, was that my email alias included the businesses name. I offered to provide another and was declined.

Disappointing that using an email alias would lead to a refusal for a simple estimate. And if this is the service BEFORE a sale, I'd hate to imagine what it's like after they've been paid.
