I would like to commend Robin, apologies for not remembering his surname, who came and discussed the installation of burglar proofing for my home. Then the team who came out to do the work as well. This team arrived on time and didn't mess around but got on with the job and did so very efficiently. They were at all times most respectful to the wife and myself and made sure that we understood how the locks worked and what maintenance was required for the doors. Cleaned up after themselves and were just a very pleasant bunch of people to have to deal with. A credit to the organisation.
