Elangeni Durban - PATHETIC

I am currently staying at Elangeni for the festive season from Christmas to after new years.

The hotel rooms are currently pathetic. The phones don’t work, the windows don’t close, air condition not working, and after numerous phone calls to reception regarding all these aspects nothing changed.

Will never stay in this hotel again ! I am utterly disappointed with the service we have received.
