We have always been with Telkom for our home and business. They give a terrible service. We want to switch from normal ADSL WiFi to fibre in our home. They had cancelled our ADSL 4 weeks ago. Till today we have not gotten feedback about the Fibre package we had chosen and no installation as yet. We went to the Telkom waterfall mall branch in Rustenburg last week and they said they had issues on their system and they will get back to us. Till today no feedback from them. Today we went in store to enquire again and they indicate there is a backlog. We don’t get no feedback from them. Very poor service from Telkom for their loyal customers. We now must sit with no WiFi at home because of their incompetence. We will now be choosing another service provider and cancel all our Telkom services which we have
I am currently staying at Elangeni for the festive season from Christmas to after new years. The hotel rooms are currently pathetic. The phones don’t work, the windows don’t close, air condition not working, and after numerous phone calls to reception regarding all these aspects nothing changed. Will never stay in this hotel again ! I am utterly disappointed with the service we have received.

I purchased a Samsung curved SUHD TV about 4 years ago. This Tv was not cheap at all. It costed about 50 thousand rand at the time of purchase. However the Tv had a warranty on it. About a year after the purchase the LED on the TV started to give problems. There was black dots appearing everywhere. So we sent it in and they put in a new LED. A year went by again and there same problem started happening. This is a 60k TV we are talking about here and it gives problems as such. I mean this is ridiculous, and is totally not worth the price if it gives so much problems. We called again and asked about the LED problem and they stated that the warranty was over and we had to pay for the LED ourselves ! I mean not once but twice the LED goes in such an expensive TV. I will never in my life buy a Samsung product again as there is no quality in them !!!
Pathetic! The JIMC offers the most pathetic services. My parcel has been sitting at the JIMC , and every time I call they don’t know or are not sure about it. Even better the calls are sometimes never answered. Who’s going to pay for my phone bills that will accumulate in this matter ! This service is pathetic, my parcel can not sit so long there.
I am a loyal MTN customer for my entire life. Ever since I’ve gotten a phone I was always with the MTN network provider. I am very disappointed with the poor network coverage I’ve been experiencing recently. I have both a data sim which is used as a portable WiFi and my phone which uses a 4G SIM card. Neither of the two catch signal where I reside. I hope to get feedback regarding this matter ,or I will think of changing to other network options for the future.
I have just visited Burger King in potchefstrrom during lunch to buy myself something to eat. As I opened the burger to take out the gherkins I seen the patty . It really looks disgusting and my whole appetite was spoilt . This really puts me off buying from Burger King anymore . The franchise should do something about this or they will continue to loose their customers . I have pictures to prove how disgusting the burger patty looks !
I have a problem with network at my home . So I had called the MTN network coverage centre to assist me . They said it would take 12 days for feedback and i havent recieved anything . I had logged a complaint on the 22nd of October and still nothing has happened . I called the MTN Coverage Centre several times and they say they will escalate the issue , that's the only reply they have to give me . Today I had called in again and the guy named Ruben was so Arrogant and rude , it's disgusting. If this problem carries on I would rather change to another mobile network .
I have had no Wi-Fi nor any telephone line for the past 4 days . I have called Telkom repeatedly and everytime they say they sending a technician out or will try to fix the lines. Till today the 4th day no one has come to assist us as yet . They have a very poor Customer Service and i would not even rate them one star after this experience.
