Reservation staff giving wrong info and not very coherent to understand a query

I would like to commend Keaton night manager for going the extra mile as I called from Saudi Arabia in response to an upsetting message from the reservation staff who is very *********** in my opinion and can actually scare a customer away. Even the reply seems cold one should have interpersonal skills greet In a way where the person reading feels welcome. I'm far away from home and want my 1st day in the country to be good the reservation person gave me incorrect information. I asked regarding if the halal stuff will be prepared in a halal way and is seperated. 1st message was that it is from halal certified place then they say they not halal certified n I should get from an outsource company which is actually not necessary in my opinion as Keaton assured me it's segregated. This person who ever he or she is obviously needs to be replaced as they dnt have interpersonal skills for such an elite hotel.
