reabetswe.segale@fnb.co.za is the most *********** customer service assistant, there was an error and telkom double billed n continued to do so, I asked for investigation as my internet was cut and was told to give evidence and I sent this to her as I wanted to block telkom As they admitted to their error in billing but said its Fnb fault for eturnung the money back to my account, email evidence was given as she requested but never get feedback ,noe am owing fnb for unpaid debits which not my or telkom fault as per telkom investigation, I even emailed her many times no response ,they should block the debit
Try to connect Internet supersonic apparently waiting for them to set up premise connection waiting real long no Internet almost 14 days
Ordered on 27 Jan promised by Agent it will be sorted soon now been told order team not doing their job to inform metro fibre to set up premise Connection .such awful service ,14 working days ends tomorrow. My number 0610989937.
I cancelled my insurance with standard bank told them i lost my job now thou i call n email too they took double debit, i work part time n make money just for a living now they took double amount i reallly want my money back i hzve proof of email for cancellation
The staff are lazy, flirty, rude asking questions about what we purchasing, disrespect the supervisor who also dnt knw how to control them, was in queue told me to go the other side chznged queue 4 times n still poor service, cameras should be reviewed, its pathetic service
My telkom debit order on time i even upgrades as they advised so my internet speed is better now my internet completely stopped, both cards, this is very very bad as i now can not even connect with family and im abroad
The indian manager needs to be changed staff disrespect customers and she acts like she support customer but her staff zulus over rule n disrespect her they only respect zulu manager who is actually better in managing than her the staff been rude and rush to go home dnt work well the cashiers especially not good not all but some gossip about customers and ask them questions onz even tried to ***** something a comb we paid for then dnt wana be patient expect my husband to push the stuff for her to cash thou its right in front of her awful service
The cashier very ****** and unfriendly and thou we muslim treats us bad, has the audacity to ask me why i am buying fattening food, is ****** to black people, thou me being arab is more islam oriented than him, shop not closed and he refused to serve me
I have had bad experiences with Fnb before thou i were with them from 1997 and they always have the worse service i keep this account for my family. I mistakely sent money to my tv license account 3 times due to it being a public recipient it was also labelled as shaton Salih, i sent all proof account number Id copy and reference to Fnb, then Brenda again asks me to do this, why do they say customer service when they do not zven serve well. It is a public recipient, i I understand that if it was a normal recipient it would be hard, they said i should pay 300 something not sure exact price bt i sent them the documents authorising them to debit the fees and credit my account at least i will still get some money back, they the most *********** thats why my salary goes into Standard bank they so much better. The cleaner at macdonalds very agressive and pointing fingers coming too close for comfort saying we can not come so late chased us out spoke real loud, then i saw her allowing 2 people eat and i went and sat to finish the peice of cake i bought, refused to give her name but she a zulu girl very rude to her manager disrespectful to her and not listening to her when she try to intervene, just kept on screaming at me,saying i should not come so late, shop is open and cashier is serving and taking orders, so upsetting to be treated this way..
