First service booked for my XUV300, 03.02.2025. Service advisor only communicated in the morning my NVR not loaded for my car, so his first service of 10000km they cant do, I need to sort it out with the dealer whereby I bought the car. I inform the dealer principal about no communication from her team and her words to me, I can take my car and go to another dealer for a car service, so I personally think her attitude stinks to treat a client like this. So Brits Mahindra wont see me again not event to buy another Mahindra I would rather go back to Chery!
