I HAVE BEEN WITH MAHINDRA FAMILY FOR 5 YEARS NOW TO BE EXACT, THIS IS THE SECOND MAHINDRA I BOUGHT FROM THEM, 2021 DECEMBER I PURCHASED KUV100 #DARE NEVER IN MY LIFE I WILL BUY A MAHINDRA AGAIN, I CAN CONVINCE OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO. CURRENTLY ENGINE IS STANDING ON 38 000 KM HOWEVER THE ENGINE LIGHT WARNING LIGHT STARTED BEING ON AND THE CAR DIDN’T START HAT TO BE TOWED TO THE WORKSHOP. I REQUESTED FOR A COURTESY CAR I WAS TOLD THEY DON’T HAVE…… NOW IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A CAR USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT. NOW THAT IS NOT THE END, I WAS TOLD THE CAR HAS FALLEN OUT OF WARRANTY I RECEIVED 2 ENORMOUS QOUTATIONS WITH DIFFERENT PRICING ON 30 OCTOBER 2023 REITUMETSE SENT A QUOTATION TOTALLING TO R24 682,76 STATING THEY HAVE MANAGED TO COMPILE A COMPLETE QUOTATION FOR THE REPAIRS GAVE THEM A GO AHEAD TO FIX THE CAR ON 11TH OF NOVEMBER 2023 YESTERDAY I GOT ANOTHER INVOICE FROM REITUMETSE TOTALLING TO R31 643,02 THIS A REAL FINANCIAL INCONVINIENCE. MAHINDRA FAILED TO MEET MY EXPECTATIONS IN TERMS OF SERVICE QUALITY, I HAD TO CONSTANTLY REQUEST FOR UPDATES ON REPAIRS OF THE VEHICLE. I REGRET BUYING THIS BRAND!!!!!!!
