Service department is the worst. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with car dealership, I'm still shocked. I took my car in S6 pickup because it's loosing traction control. Forman and service advicers have a don't care attitude all they are concerned about is how many vehicles(quantity) they service. My vehicle was not investigated thoroughly and the problem is still not resolved and all what the Forman and service advicers are concerned about is me paying R930 for diagnostics for a Farley new vehicle with maintenance plan and warranty, problem is not resolved and they don't care if I use an unsafe vehicle on the road. I have no idea how I can get help in fixing my traction issue on the vehicle
