I'm extremely disappointed with mahindra pickup. It has a safety issue of vehicle loosing traction when ever its not loaded. 2nd issue is that it locks you out while vehicle is idling and speedometer also malfunctions while you're driving or vehicle is idling.

Service department is the worst. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with car dealership, I'm still shocked. I took my car in S6 pickup because it's loosing traction control. Forman and service advicers have a don't care attitude all they are concerned about is how many vehicles(quantity) they service. My vehicle was not investigated thoroughly and the problem is still not resolved and all what the Forman and service advicers are concerned about is me paying R930 for diagnostics for a Farley new vehicle with maintenance plan and warranty, problem is not resolved and they don't care if I use an unsafe vehicle on the road. I have no idea how I can get help in fixing my traction issue on the vehicle
The worst experience ever, it took them a week to deliver a parcel 25 kilometers/21 minutes away from their stores they acknowledged recipient and waited for a week before they delivered. They are based in isando while I am In benoni 21 minutes. They don't deserve to be called a business because they are a scam
<p>I bought a Torino/9618 Corner Chocolate couch R17000 16 December 2015, less than 4 months later was already changing colour and wearing off. I went and reported to the store they showed no interest in my claim or my concerns as there customer. But instead they accused me of being the cause. I am really disapointed in the customer service and the way they conduct business because it showed me they are only concerned in customer purchasing the product but not in customer satisfaction. I further sent them an email attaching photos of defects they did not respond to my email did not investigate but had already concluded that im at fault. I feel that as a manager living in the same complex as me could have at least had a look at the couches consulted professionals and gave me feedback.</p>
