New building, new look - real nice! But the customer service is almost non-existing (except for the odd person here and there that really shines above and beyond). I took the bakkie for 30k service. The bakkie was booked, Abigail said it needs to be there between 7 and 8 in the morning, which it was but when we arrived there at 15h40 it wasn't ready. Furthermore the job-card said I declined brake-fluid change and that they didn't replace the diesel filter. I showed her that my email said fuel filter and that it's actually the same thing. Luckily they could still do the brake fluid change/flush but that meant we had to wait another hour. If it ended there it still would've been okay. I had to pay on a pro-forma as they had to credit the invoice to add the brake fluid. It's been 3 days, I tried getting hold of her-even sent a mail expressing my dissatisfaction but nothing, no response-nothing!!! The service is ****, there is no other way to describe it.
