****4u Rosslyn PTA North has taken my money and have failed to provide the service. They have also been dodging me, regarding the refund that I've requested, due to the non delivery of service. They insist on a 50% deposit payment, which is actually *******, since labour only services are only payable upon completion of the labor service provided. They beguile customers regarding their immediate availability in order to secure the payment, then they don't follow through and dodge people. This is extremely dishonest and a dangerous game that they are playing.

14 Jul 2025, 11:07Hi Debbie , Thank you for this massage , me and my team called you immediately to let you know that the PTA North Clean House Crew is fully booked on the day you requested cleaning , which was exactly a day after you paid in the afternoon , we suggested to come at least a day after instead of forcing issues and delivering a bad service , The house you needed us to clean was extremely dirty and needed not only enough cleaners but machinery and cleaning chemical , You decided to cancel , we asked you for your bank details and refunded you , we never disputed this nor refused to refund , Unfortunately due to the POPI Act we are unable to share on this platform our conversations and your Proof of payment , Otherwise we thank you for considering us for the service .Thank you
