The customer service team is severely lacking in skills, and their superiors are quick to support them. There is no clear escalation process in place, and there are noticeable attitude problems.
I attempted to escalate the issue to DJ, who is supposedly the only point of escalation (he said he is the CEO). He claimed that she had spoken to me appropriately, even though she did not allow me to speak and continued to huff loudly, insisting that I should have kept the appointment, the call was abruptly ended by her.
All I was requesting was for the appointment to be rescheduled. Instead of giving me so much attitude, all she had to do was simply say no.
