Poor workmanship
Really bad experience with workmanship and not impressed would not recomend at all, few months ago had a shower leak in the corner of the foundation of the shower,after coming out to ascess they came to conclusion they need to replace the drain pipe and re-tile and RE -SEAL the whole shower, all done left it for a while as requested same leak persisted, sent their guys out again same leak persisted, long story short THEY HAVE NOW SINCE the 7th of July 2025 been here 6 times each time complaining they do not know what the previous guys did but they wil fix...STILL LEAKING, WORSE BY THE DAY AND they have now decided to ignore my requests to rectify!!!

Unreliable, Unresponsive, and Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs
Absolutely shocking experience with MRS. Their workmanship is substandard, careless, and well below what any property owner should have to tolerate. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into months of frustration, repeated complaints, and continued damage because their team failed to fix the issue properly the first time — or the second. The so-called “repairs” were nothing more than cosmetic cover-ups that did nothing to address the root cause of the leaks and damp. The overall quality of work was extremely poor, with no visible attention to detail or proper resolution of the underlying problems. What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Once the job was “done,” communication stopped, and any requests for follow-up were ignored. This level of negligence and disregard for clients is unacceptable from any company claiming to be professional. If you’re looking for reliability, proper workmanship, and respect for your property and time, avoid MRS at all costs. Their incompetence has caused unnecessary stress, expense, and ongoing issues that a competent contractor would have resolved long ago.

Poor customer service attitude
The customer service team is severely lacking in skills, and their superiors are quick to support them. There is no clear escalation process in place, and there are noticeable attitude problems. I attempted to escalate the issue to DJ, who is supposedly the only point of escalation (he said he is the CEO). He claimed that she had spoken to me appropriately, even though she did not allow me to speak and continued to huff loudly, insisting that I should have kept the appointment, the call was abruptly ended by her. All I was requesting was for the appointment to be rescheduled. Instead of giving me so much attitude, all she had to do was simply say no.

NO SERVICE. MRS dont care about the customer
MRS does not offer a service. They have no concept of what service is. They make promises of delivery which does not happen. They lie about the service they give. Their delivery is days late with no consideration to the customer. For your peace of mind, do not use this company. You have to call constantly for any action.
