Absolutely shocking experience with MRS. Their workmanship is substandard, careless, and well below what any property owner should have to tolerate. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into months of frustration, repeated complaints, and continued damage because their team failed to fix the issue properly the first time — or the second. The so-called “repairs” were nothing more than cosmetic cover-ups that did nothing to address the root cause of the leaks and damp. The overall quality of work was extremely poor, with no visible attention to detail or proper resolution of the underlying problems. What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Once the job was “done,” communication stopped, and any requests for follow-up were ignored. This level of negligence and disregard for clients is unacceptable from any company claiming to be professional. If you’re looking for reliability, proper workmanship, and respect for your property and time, avoid MRS at all costs. Their incompetence has caused unnecessary stress, expense, and ongoing issues that a competent contractor would have resolved long ago.
My experience with Vision Property has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I have been paying a special levy for several months towards repairs that were meant to fix ongoing water leaks and severe damp damage in my unit at Sterling Gate. Despite these payments, the repair work has been poorly executed, incomplete, and has not resolved the underlying issue. The contractor appointed by Vision Property openly admitted that certain walls were left unrepaired because the cracks were “not visible” — even though those same walls continue to cause recurring damp inside my home. This level of workmanship is unacceptable, and what’s worse, Vision Property has shown no sense of urgency or accountability in addressing it. I have sent multiple formal emails requesting feedback, timelines, and escalation to senior management, yet have received no response or acknowledgment to date. This silence is not only unprofessional, it reflects a serious failure in their duty of care to property owners. Homeowners place their trust in managing agents to act with transparency, competence, and integrity. Unfortunately, my experience with Vision Property has been the complete opposite — poor communication, lack of follow-up, and no resolution to a long-standing and costly issue. I would strongly caution any property owner or body corporate to think twice before entrusting Vision Property with the management of their investment.
