Forced to accept an incorrect engine
I bought an Audi A5 CNC engine (Quartro) for my vehicle only to be deliberately given an incorrect engine which is a CHH (not compatible at all). I notified Majestic Spares the following day (14/01/2026). VW/ Audi advised that the incorrect engine given to me can not be used on my vehicle. Today (19/01/2026) I was sent an old rusted engine. I rejected the engine because it's old and I have paid for a new CNC engine.

Amazing service
The staff was great. The cashier were very helpful. The overall service received from Majestic Motor Spares was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and the salesman are from top quality. The parts received was in perfect working condition

Aircon pump
Hi I recently needed a replacement aircon pump for a Mercedes Viano, I searched the net and came across a lot of people that promised and just didn't bother about service, finally I came across Earl from Majestic Motor Spares. The guy followed up meticulously and gave me great service. Would definitely recommend them. Great service keep it up Earl.

Aircon pump
Hi I recently needed a replacement aircon pump for a Mercedes Viano, I searched the net and came across a lot of people that promised and just didn't bother about service, finally I came across Earl from Majestic Motor Spares. The guy followed up meticulously and gave me great service. Would definitely recommend them. Great service keep it up Earl.

Majestic Motor Spares in Pretoria
I bought a gearbox at Majestic Motors in June, the consultant first said it was 23k and when i finally went to purchase it she said its 15k with discount and asked me to delete the conversation which i found strange , only to find out that the gearbox is faulty, after numerous attempts to get my 15k refund, i was told that i should expect it in 7 working days, now am told that the person who authorizes refunds is sick, its over a month now since i purchased it, i am stuck with avehicle with no refund, the consultant asked me to delete the whatsapp message which i did not, i have everything on record.Never ever buy from these people, they are crooks.

I bought parts from Dinesh in 2021 Sept, service was great from him, I paid deposit and later on I requested a refund as I got rid of the car, date I requested refund was Dec 2021, I’ve been going up and down ever since she referred me to Carli who deals with refunds and she hang up the phone in my ear and no one picked my calls anymore, I have been waiting for 7 months to be precise to get a refund Majestic Motors in Pretoria it’s a no-go zone if u value your money

Criminality disguised
Scam!! Stay away from Majestic Motor Spares!!! Those guys source any part from s****yards and sell them online. They lie and tell customers they've got a part and send you something similar to what you asked for. They did the same to me.... Watch out for Benjamin, Jeremy (immigrants) and Keenan. This I experienced with the Cape Town branch, I'm based in Durban and dealt with them through the phone......When I offer to courier back their part to quicken the refunding process, they decline and tell me they'll send someone to fetch it..... That's when they decide to take my calls So I beg you dear people don't ever deal with these criminals
