I bought an Audi A5 CNC engine (Quartro) for my vehicle only to be deliberately given an incorrect engine which is a CHH (not compatible at all). I notified Majestic Spares the following day (14/01/2026). VW/ Audi advised that the incorrect engine given to me can not be used on my vehicle. Today (19/01/2026) I was sent an old rusted engine. I rejected the engine because it's old and I have paid for a new CNC engine.
It's a new year and my query still has not been resolved Nedbank - No I would never recommend based on what I went through being listed on the bereaux due to someone's negligence by not timeously allocating my additional payment Update review Dec 05, 2019 0 comments NOT RESOLVED 1.0 Details I took a loan in 2009, paid it and decided to load stop order payment in order to shorten the period of payment. I was charged interest due to negligence of non allocation of payment timeously. In September this I applied for mortgage loan got approved with the same bank but unfortunately lost the property due to someone putting a better offer than mine. Later I got another property applied and was declined told about a loan that that I owe and the amount has increase rediculously. I find this strange and now I am receiving multiple treat from Nedbank and really dissapointed because I am the one who initiated this to try and find out what happened to my monies that were paid in their suspense account besides payments that were debited from my accounts. I have requested an investigation on this and there has been a clear indication on how far is this matter. I have been writing numerous departments emails and sent through a file and still not satisfied because there isn't any feedback. My status on the credit bereaux shows that I am 9 months in areas on a loan taken 10 years ago, fortunately I managed to retrieve some of the proof of payments but not all because some payments were debited from a Nedbank Account that I had and I closed the account because Nedbank use to debit at any given time without my permission. I have experienced the worst ever treatment because I am denied to get a decent home for my family and this has lessen my chances of getting an educational qualification to better my life. I still require my additional stop order payments to be refunded back and clear my credit record because I did not cause this negligence. I ensured that my payments were made on time. I had a loan with Nedbank in 2009, the debit orders from account on a monthly until the day I went on maternity and was only getting paid only 80% by my employer and the 20% had to come from UIF. In 2012 I loaded the stop order payment on the account number given by Nedbank: Acc: 1456003720 BC; 145605 was paying a R1000 and would call everytime and provide nedbank with my salary slips so that they reallocate these payments out of the suspense account. Later in 2012 Nedbank provided me with another account to make the payment into and change from the previous one because my payment were still kept into the suspense account: here is another account; acc: 1456008870 BC: 145605 and the payments of R1000 per month were paid into new account from October 2012. I want this go be investigated and whom do the account belong to and why my installments were not reallocated to the loan. In 2015 I got a call that I am listed but with no clarity of what happened to all my payments (debit and stop order payments) made towards the loan.
My name is Thabiso Tsoke ********** 812084, i had a vehicle finance with Wesbank from 2011 in October. The vehicle finance was for a Polo Vivo where I was paying R4700 with the valued added services due to the type of an industry i am working for. Sales you can never guarantee your job. I also had an instalment protector but it lalso failed to cover me when i lost my job in 2015 when it was almost the last term for my vehicle payment. The car was repossed and sold in an auction. Was bothers me so much it is when i got a job offer and been offered a car allowance went to apply for vehicle to my surprise i am listed by Wesbank. I was not aware of the listing. When i called them they refused to talk toe they refered me to attorneys that bought the account. To make a long story short when i spoke to those atorneys they sent me a statememt that does not make sense that from the sale there was a short fall (storage fees and the vehicle repairs). As it is i was paying for those additional services why didnt they claim from the insurer. I have been unfairly listed and struggling to get vehicle finance because i am in sales and with the possibility of loosing my recent job. I would like hello peter to assist me an engage with Wesbank on my behalf since they are refusing to talk to me.
