We purchased a MT182 monitor over a month ago where we did not receive calibration certificate, we have been requesting this certificate every week since the purchase and have been ignored and originally got sent an excuse, email that there is no lab that can test this machine. Why sell a monitor that stipulated Q.C Passed and then are unable to provide the mandatory calibration certificate. Please can this certificate be forwarded immediately. This item was purchased via the Port Elizabeth branch.
