I booked a return, a week ago. Where they only respond a day later each time (poor response time) with wasting my time with every response. Requesting videos/photos of the product, after I had closed/sealed the parcel. I have asked them countless time to provide me with a collection date, and am still awaiting collection. They asked for preferred dates, whereas today is one of them, and nothing has been arranged nor communicated. I booked a return with TakeAlot, and within 5 minutes, I received a collection date,. I booked the return on Friday the 27th of December and Collection took place over an hour ago today (Monday the 30th). No photos/videos were required. OneDayOnly, I booked the return on the 23rd. And no collection date has been provided. Disgusting...a week later and they cannot book a simple collection. The comparison of wonderful and disgusting service.

We purchased a MT182 monitor over a month ago where we did not receive calibration certificate, we have been requesting this certificate every week since the purchase and have been ignored and originally got sent an excuse, email that there is no lab that can test this machine. Why sell a monitor that stipulated Q.C Passed and then are unable to provide the mandatory calibration certificate. Please can this certificate be forwarded immediately. This item was purchased via the Port Elizabeth branch.
Those that are looking to buy a car, that is not a Honda from a Honda dealership. Despite them selling alternate vehicle brands, please note the following that was sent from Honda Head office upon findings and issues found within 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle. Be warned, you will not have your issues dealt with, nor resolved. Due to the nature of this case Honda Motor Southern Africa is not an involved party as we are only at liberty to entirely address Honda related concern/s and the matter has been sent to the Dealer Principal for him to assist you going forward. Not to mention, if you have findings/issues with the vehicle. They will not fix/correct the vehicle accordingly and only resolve half of the issues. When you complain to the head office for the relevant branch service issues, all that they will do is forward it directly to the guilty party. "Pass the buck" so to speak. When you ask for your trade in vehicle back or a relevant refund, they only give you the option to fix it. Where they do not in fact fix all the issues. So if you want a stressful purchasing of a vehicle experience that goes on for weeks, be sure to buy from a Honda dealership. Stress guaranteed, especially with regards to purchasing a vehicle this not a Honda. They too will give you a courtesy vehicle with the fuel light on, for you to put fuel in at your own expense, upon collecting your vehicle that you have purchased issues to be 'resolved'. And receive the vehicle back with the same issues.
I applied for my Unabridged Birth Certificate 3/3/2020 (a year and a half ago) and am still awaiting it. I too completed and Affidavit in support of notice of birth on the 25th of June 2021 (9 weeks ago), all of which to no avail. And I need this in order to immigrate in the next few weeks, if not, I will not be able to and will lose this opportunity. I Can't believe that after a year and a half, I still do not have this certificate. I have phoned the call center, contacted persons directly at Home Affairs offices, as well as physically sat, waited at the office's. All of which to just be told that it is not ready. I need to have this in the next two weeks and do not know what else to do. Disgusting...Putting my future a jeopardy.
I have been phoning daily for a month, due to a debit order going off yet no data has been uploaded onto my (Wifi router contract) . I am at the point that it is already at the end of the month and would like a refund on the debit order amount that was deducted off as well as for the router. I am absolutely disgusted in that no one can correct this issue, ensure that the data that I paid for has been uploaded. I have incurred a substantial amount of additional data expenses due to this lack of competency and service of MTN and am seeking legal advice and action in this regard. This is to be corrected and free months data to be given for the inconvenience and additional expenses occurred, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been phoning daily for two weeks, due to a debit order going off yet no data has been uploaded onto my Wifi router. I am at the point that it is already half way through the month and would like a refund on the debit order amount that was deducted off as well as for the router expense of over R2000 that was purchased two months ago. I have wasted 20 to 30 minutes of each day with these unresolved calls and reference numbers. A full refund and cancellation of this contract is in order.
I have been waiting eight (8) months ongoing to receive my applied for driver's license. I applied for my drivers license last year (2018) July and have driven there, phoned, emailed and done all that I can possibly do. This needs to be seen in an urgent light and sorted out soonest, as I believe that I am not the only one in this predicament.
Please note that this is an ongoing matter as this past Saturday (23/2/2019), a debit order of R1599 was deducted off of my credit card account. Please can this unnecessary, reoccurrent online error be corrected as well as blocked as I have to ordered nor received any items. This has been ongoing since last year October and have no right to take my money. I have YET AGAIN too disputed this with my bank to take matters further. Too note, that a vow never to make use of CAPE UNION MART in my life again. It has caused me financial and emotional stress for four months and I have had enough. Rectify this soonest or I will take matters even further.
