I brought a Jiufeng 24inch bicycle on the 27/12/2025 at Makro online with delivery and they state that it will be delivered on the 3/01/2026. So on Monday the 5/01/2026 i start to ask some questions on where is the bicycle that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd they said that i should give the courier 2 working days but on my side it shows its out for delivery on the 3rd needles to say it finally arrived on the 8/01/2026 after numerous calls between my self and the courier company wich was Value Express and Fastway couriers i open the plastic in wich the bicycle came and noticed that the front forks are pushed out of the plastic standing on the floor. So i need to put the bicycle together wich i do prefer and noticed that there are more scratch marks on the frame and handle bar then i took photos of all the marks on the bicycle and send it to Makro which was just a waste of my time now i drive the bicycle to work and found out that my rear axle is bent on the inside of the hub the brake disk front and back are bent but i had to pay R2899.00 for this and Makro dont give a dame about what customers say.
