Do not use their services, the worst online grocery shop you can ever use,even after paying money, they will give you a run around even to change recipient or a reversal . Very , very unprofessional, even their service consultants.. the worst online grocery shopping..

In an age where convenience should be synonymous with reliability, Malaicha, once a beacon of excellence in online grocery shopping, has plummeted into the abyss of incompetence and negligence. This degradation in service quality coincides with their ill-advised partnership with Choppies, a collaboration that has not only tarnished Malaicha's reputation but also left countless customers like myself grappling with frustration and dismay. Gone are the days when Malaicha prided itself on accuracy and freshness. Instead, what we are left with are erroneous orders, rancid seafood, and products well past their expiration dates. The very essence of trust upon which any consumer-business relationship is built has been callously disregarded by Malaicha. Upon contacting Malaicha to rectify this egregious error, I was met with an astonishing lack of accountability and customer care. Their refusal to exchange the items, provide a refund, or even cover the transportation costs to return the goods is not only indicative of their incompetence but also their disregard for the inconvenience and financial loss imposed upon their patrons. In an era where every penny counts, Malaicha's cavalier attitude towards customer satisfaction is nothing short of appalling. It is inconceivable that they would gamble with their patrons' hard-earned money and compromise on the quality of goods provided. In conclusion, if there were a rating lower than zero, Malaicha would unequivocally deserve it. Their blatant disregard for customer welfare, coupled with their dismal standards of service, render them unworthy of patronage. I implore fellow consumers to exercise caution and seek alternatives until Malaicha undertakes a substantial overhaul of its operations and reclaims the trust it has so callously squandered.

*********** worker. Upon collecting your order, you are either given wrong items or expired items.If there was was a zero rating Iwas going to rate them 0. The management does nt resolve your issue intime. It's just a disaster

When the shop started years ago it was such a pleasure to shop for family every month end but ever since they partnered with this shop the service has become so poor. You can't even get body lotion. I am sure even if they do not bring it in from South Africa It is available locally in Zimbabwe. The owners really need to step up to employ people who know what they are doing to ensure all basic pruducts are available. The shop leaves a lot to be desired at the moment. Very poor selection of products. The toilet paper is only single ply. Can we also have quality products. Please improve.

I can not begin to express my frustration. I've been logged out of my account . I am a client who sends money and groceries religiously every month from the start of COVID till now. 3 wks ago I sent my brother money. He did not receive it instantly as usual. I was told it could only be sorted during wking hrs so we cancel our plans and wait. Come Monday nothing happens even after sending the proof of payment several times The worst part is I was the one doing the follow up. I only got the transaction through on Thursday after I asked to speak to the supervisor whom they were not so keen to have me talk to. Today they ask for identification as if we spoke about this when I got the notification and called them. The consultant can not even give me a turn around time to rectify this . Are there people trained to address these issues timeously? Is it that the value of business we give is insignificant hence the lack of care towards customers. Or is it because we are too desperate to use their services hence they treat us in such a manner. Pathetic service . No rating

When they started they had most of not all products and l used them every month. Ever since they joined up with that supermarket they now have the worst products online. Prices are unreasonably high. Cheaper to buy in SA and put on bus. The company does not reply to your reviews either.

Signed up and send through a copy of passport for verification many times, only to be told by Precious that i send through a copy yet it was picture and I took a selfie holding my passport. What a useless bunch of people and useless company. Please stay away from these incompetent people to avert frustration.
