Do not use their services, the worst online grocery shop you can ever use,even after paying money, they will give you a run around even to change recipient or a reversal . Very , very unprofessional, even their service consultants.. the worst online grocery shopping..
Makro is the worst when it comes to customer care, I made an online payment on the 23rd of August through Capitec pay money was deducted from my account, yet my order profile still shows waiting for payment. I have made numerous calls to customer care and the only response I am getting is they are waiting for finance to get back to them even after sending my proof of payment.
