Useless bunch of people works there - especially Precious

Signed up and send through a copy of passport for verification many times, only to be told by Precious that i send through a copy yet it was picture and I took a selfie holding my passport. What a useless bunch of people and useless company.

Please stay away from these incompetent people to avert frustration.
