Malas Tyres & Wheels and Pirelli tyres

Good day,

Please assist me with this situation. I brought 4 (four) tyres of Pirelli at Malas on the 30th April 2025 and now my rear left tyre has deformed. I took it to Malas last week Thursday and they conduct an inspection on it and they confirmed to me that the tyre has a factory fault however, Inspector from Pirelli tyres Maxwell Office Park 012 665 5676 will come to conduct the inspection on the tyre and as a result the inspector (Emmanuel Mbedzi 064 752 0646) claims that the tyre was deformed by a pothole and I did not hit on the pothole. Please help me to get a new tyre 0721340780.
