Please assist me with this situation. I bought 4 (four) tyres of Pirelli at Malas on the 30th April 2025 and now after 4 months, I am experiencing a deformed tyre (rear left wheel). I took it to Malas last week Thursday, 31th July 2025 and Malas personnel inspected the tyre and said the tyre is deformed because of a factory fault. However, an Inspector from Pirelli tyres Maxwell Office Park +27126655676 will come to inspect the tyre. Well indeed, the inspector from Perilli came to inspect the tyre (Emmanuel Mbedzi +27647520646) and he claims that the tyre was deformed because of a pothole. I did not hit the pothole. Please help me get a new tyre +27721340780

Please help me to get a new tyre 0721340780.

And when i ask them how did it gets to this amount? Respond was, i code " your paying R300 for Device every month and R99 FreeMe 1GB " uncode: The person who assisted me never mention that i will pay R300 for January month (bear in mind that is 3days before February) and it will be carried to my first payment on 15th of February. Even on the contract it is not stated. </p> <p> </p> <p>Due to that i would like them not to debt R300 device subscription because it was not explained to me. I would have took this contact from the 1st February 2017 if this was explained to me to avoid this R300 of 3days. The debt order is going through on 15th February 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>My expectations is to pay R399 + R6.05 voice usage fees. Which is R405.05</p>
