Feeling **********

The most appalling service from this company. I ordered pendant lamp shades in October. Despite still advertising these items for sale, they actually have no stock — which is misleading.

I have had to do all the follow-up myself. By Christmas, nothing had arrived. I was then informed there was no stock and asked whether I would like an alternative. I declined and requested a refund.

On 6 January I was advised that a refund would be processed — and I am still waiting. Based on other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer in this situation.

This company does not deserve customers’ business.
