The most appalling service from this company. I ordered pendant lamp shades in October. Despite still advertising these items for sale, they actually have no stock — which is misleading. I have had to do all the follow-up myself. By Christmas, nothing had arrived. I was then informed there was no stock and asked whether I would like an alternative. I declined and requested a refund. On 6 January I was advised that a refund would be processed — and I am still waiting. Based on other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer in this situation. This company does not deserve customers’ business.

Has this company closed its doors? Would not be surprised. Appalling communications & customer service. They owe us a refund & fail to communicate in any way. You cannot reach them by phone, they do not respond to emails & their WhatsApp is no longer in use.
The online booking process was smooth and pricing competitive. Service at the airport was professional and efficient. The car was clean, well presented and in good working order.
Really have to compliment the Prospecton warehouse staff. They are working under grueling circumstances following the KZN flood. Despite the conditions, (& their own personal loss), they are doing the best they can to help customers like us work through the damage.
A rating of one is too much. We booked at Abbots Cove, Hilton in June 2021 for May 2022. On arrival we found the establishment had been converted to a children’s boarding school. Booking.com failed to notify us of this change, accept absolutely no responsibility - & the cherry on the top request that we submit a review so the establishment can in make improvements. What part does Booking.com not get? the BnB does not exist.
Ordered & paid for books on 27 Jan - now end March & nothing!! This company does not reply to customer email. Wish I had checked Hellopeter & Instagram comments before placing the order. Raru should not be allowed to do business.
Can't find any email address or contact number for Uber customer service. Have tried to get an Uber service (Dbn & Jhb) a number of times - with 1 success out of about 10 attempts! The once was very good but for the rest all I ever get is \All Uberx are in use - please check back". Despite trying & trying no luck and when you need to get from a conference venue to catch a flight"
You will ultimately pay when your rerating comes up for any incident to your vehicle - whether it be a windscreen or body damage and irrespective if it is caused by a third party or that you have been a client for many years. Been hit with a 28% and 16.5% increase (latter started at a 28% increase) on two of four insured vehicles.
