Good day commercial manager I was on business class on the flight to Nairobi from JHB ET 21/50 on the 17th August 2024 . Which left 1hr late from schedule, I did not understand the delay as it was not well communicated. I asked my fellow passenger who also did not know what was the delay . The veggies served were burnt . And my charging port was not working . I asked my fellow passenger to use their port . We were also asked to disembark in Malawi without communication as to why . We saw the guys change the tyre . We were then asked to go back on board to Nairobi where we were arrived late obviously. I had asked for a blanket , the lady managing business class said I cannot keep it as they will deduct the cost from her salary . I had said we were all patient with these uncommunicated delays . And they refused to give me a blanket even to say they would embarrass me in the bus if I don’t give it back . To which I gave the blanket back and she offered your contact details for me to put my complaint . I hope you get back to me soon
