Terrible service from Makro Online . Save yourself don’t bother buying there as they don’t bother with their customers. Delivery is a night mare . No one there can schedule simple delivery. They don’t stick to their word . You get the same song with no help from multiple agents . Don’t do it . Inhliziyo besipholile iforgot I went through hell with them before .
I have been requesting from Damelin my diploma since 7th July 2025. No one is attending to my query . I Was referred to Tebogo Kekana who has been no help. Tarryn Zank , Meena Kanthan and Amanda Paul who have all been no help. Very disapointing service from Damelin as i am ephasising that i need my certificate and letter as to not miss application deadlines.If someone knows the Dean's email or an escalation email please assist.
Bad service at McDonald COSMO CITY MALL. We were not told of the time delay waiting too long for the Boerie burger while my friends sugar levels where dropping. We asked for chips from the supervisor Zinhle Nkutha who told us she cannot give anything . We just wait for long due to egg processor
Good day commercial manager I was on business class on the flight to Nairobi from JHB ET 21/50 on the 17th August 2024 . Which left 1hr late from schedule, I did not understand the delay as it was not well communicated. I asked my fellow passenger who also did not know what was the delay . The veggies served were burnt . And my charging port was not working . I asked my fellow passenger to use their port . We were also asked to disembark in Malawi without communication as to why . We saw the guys change the tyre . We were then asked to go back on board to Nairobi where we were arrived late obviously. I had asked for a blanket , the lady managing business class said I cannot keep it as they will deduct the cost from her salary . I had said we were all patient with these uncommunicated delays . And they refused to give me a blanket even to say they would embarrass me in the bus if I don’t give it back . To which I gave the blanket back and she offered your contact details for me to put my complaint . I hope you get back to me soon
2nd Aug 2024 I bought Cadbury chocolate with a special 2 for R22 and Red bull winter pomegranate 2 for R30 which I only bought because they were advertised as on special . I did not get discounts for all items
Pick ‘n Pay Cosmo city . The manager allows long ques even on express lanes . The lines are slow and only 1 person working and there is 3 other vacant tills in the less than 10 items till. I waited a long time to be served due to bad planning
I ordered a fridge online on the 26Nov , I got confirmation that my order will be ready 2-5days , that time passed I got on the 2nd Dec which is 5working days my package is handed to VALUE EXPRESS , I got a call from the delivery guy at 5:30 saying he will come deliver in an hour , the hour passes I call him back at 7pm like where are you? , then text him you did not indicate that you will no longer be delivering , I call their call centre the next day and they say they have complaints and will escalate to the store Makro centurion and I will receive a call from the store . No one calls or text or emails, I call back Saturday to find out what’s happening with my delivery and the guy was going to reEscalate my quirky . Makro can you send my delivery and voucher for all this aggravation I am going through dealing with your *********** management of online delivery.
Manager at Pick ‘n Pay Cosmo city ignored me and other customer’s complaints about the express lane not moving and only having 2 tellers working while the are 4tills available in Dec . She refused to speak to the tellers to work faster as they where busy Pretty Rampa her staff was busy chatting and she was failing to manage them
It’s 2nd Dec and CAPITEC Cosmo city mall does not have full staff attending clients and the mall is full. Que are outside to get into the and their query machine does not work and I have been waiting for more than an 1:30min to be served .
I want to say that Mongezi from KFC Diepkloof square at the counter today 1st December 2021, gave me bad service with a bad attitude. He does not listen well to customers and gets frustrated with us . And I was not the only customer instore complaining about his service . He left a bad taste in my mouth and made me lose my appetite.
